J&L Innovative Flooring started out with a combined 20+ years of experience in the flooring industry by owner, Larissa J. Family Owned & Operated. Larissa and her family started J&L Innovative Flooring to give Los Angeles County Residents and surrounding counties a knowledgable, trustworthy company that operates on integrity, transparency and customer satisfaction for all your hardwood, vinyl plank, engineered, laminate, carpet and other flooring needs.

20+ Years Experience - As an industry specialist in floor preparation, re-framing, product and installation. J&L Innovative Flooring and their team of passionate, trusted salesmen, managers, and installers have a combined total of over 20+ years of experience.

Business Owner

Larissa is the proud owner of J&L Innovative Flooring in San Dimas, CA. Larissa is a licensed contractor who has been involved with sales for over 20+ years and involved in the installation of over 2000+ flooring installations. Her goal and passion is to provide open transparent information to her clients about their flooring project, help them execute an informed decision that will best meet their needs and bring their ideas and creativity to life. Larissa holds a degree in Psychology working with addiction and mental health for over 20+ years. Larissa is passionate about helping people finding the floors of their dream, while upholding honesty, integrity, excellence and quality innovation.
